"I am writing to share my recent experience with this location. I brought my vehicle in for repairs following an insurance-approved claim. Upon my initial visit, I encountered significant communication challenges and a lack of professionalism from the staff, which required management intervention at that time. Two days after leaving my vehicle, they ran my vehicle battery down and my vehicle would not start... after two whole days of holding my vehicle and not doing any work on it I was instructed to come pick it up because the shop decided they would no longer perform the work. Being asked to travel over two hours round-trip in poor and very heavy raining weather, only to be told they were declining the service after having already accepted the vehicle, caused a major disruption to my schedule. I found the lack of follow-through and the poor communication between the staff, the insurance/attorney representatives, and myself to be highly unprofessional. I cannot recommend this shop based on the inconsistency and poor service I received." I sincerely feel they were being extremely deeply racist towards me as an African American woman. The team I encountered at Crash Champions were very nice and pleasant through my experience. Brandy at the front desk was kind, patient, and professional which is refreshing in what I know can be a difficult job when dealing with all kinds of clientele. My Service Advisor Jon was such a great guy to work with. He took care of my vehicle and did so expediently while answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. Great communication from this team, I am thoroughly pleased to have my vehicle looking nice again and to have met them through the process.

Broken promises, zero accountability, and lost wages. I deeply regret bringing my vehicle here. I was initially told my car would be returned within 72 hours of drop-off. Based on that word, I didn't secure a rental—a mistake that has now cost me significant funds and missed time at work as this has stretched into a three-week ordeal. The lack of honesty is staggering: • The Runaround: I was told the car would be ready last Wednesday. Then Friday. Then I was told the part wouldn't even arrive until the 13th. • Constant Lies: On the 13th, I was told it would be out the same day. On the 14th, I was told it just needed calibration and a wash. On the 15th, "John" swore it would be ready by lunch. • Zero Coordination: The staff can’t stay on the same page. The receptionist offered to stay late so I could pick it up, only for John to take the phone and claim she said the opposite, pushing the date back yet again. The most insulting part is the "management." Every time I demand to speak to a higher-up, I’m told a message will be passed along, but I have never received a single call back. I am forced to harass them daily just to get a status update on a car that has been "promised" to
